账户资料 Account information
创建免费账户时，我们保存你的邮箱、显示名称、WordPress 安全处理后的密码以及账户状态。密码不会以可读明文保存。当前测试版本不会要求或保存银行卡资料。When you create a free account, we store your email address, display name, WordPress-secured password, and account status. Passwords are never stored as readable text. The current test version neither requests nor stores card details.
本机与云端学习进度 Device and cloud learning progress
歌曲、HSK 词汇、记忆方法、游戏和每日任务的进度会先保存在当前浏览器；登录后，这些记录会同步到你的 ChineseAqua 账户，用于“继续学习”、复习计划、连续学习天数和学习统计。退出登录不会删除云端进度。Progress for songs, HSK vocabulary, memory methods, games, and daily tasks is first stored in this browser. After sign-in, it syncs to your ChineseAqua account to provide Continue Learning, review planning, study streaks, and learning statistics. Signing out does not delete cloud progress.
建议与留言 Feedback and suggestions
只有登录用户可以提交留言。我们保存留言正文、类别、提交时间、处理状态和对应的账户编号。系统会检查外部链接、联系方式、重复灌水、推广诈骗措辞及明显辱骂内容；检测结果只用于帮助人工审核，不会静默删除已经接受的留言。只有管理员批准的内容才会公开展示，用户邮箱永远不会显示在建议墙上。Only signed-in learners may submit feedback. We store the message, category, submission time, review status, and associated account ID. The system checks for external links, contact details, repeated spam, promotional or scam language, and clearly abusive content. Screening assists human review and never silently deletes an accepted message. Only administrator-approved feedback appears publicly, and email addresses are never shown on the suggestion wall.
提交者在发送前会看到公开展示说明；批准后的留言可能与其显示名称一起出现。管理员可以添加官方回复，并标记为“已收到”“正在评估”“已列入计划”或“已经完成”。Before sending, learners see a publication notice. Approved feedback may appear with the learner's display name. The administrator may add an official response and mark it Received, Under review, Planned, or Completed.
登录与安全 Sign-in and security
WordPress 使用必要的登录 Cookie 保持账户会话。我们限制重复提交，并使用防伪验证和隐藏字段减少机器人滥用。请不要在留言中填写密码、付款资料、电话号码或其他隐私信息。WordPress uses essential sign-in cookies to maintain account sessions. We limit repeated submissions and use request verification plus a hidden field to reduce automated abuse. Never include passwords, payment details, phone numbers, or other private information in feedback.
嵌入式 YouTube 视频 Embedded YouTube videos
歌曲课程使用 YouTube 嵌入播放器。播放视频时，YouTube 可能按照其自身的隐私政策处理设备和播放信息。ChineseAqua 不读取你的 YouTube 账号、浏览器密码或登录信息。Song lessons use YouTube's embedded player. When you play a video, YouTube may process device and playback information under its own privacy policy. ChineseAqua does not read your YouTube account, browser password, or sign-in information.
访问、更正与删除 Access, correction, and deletion
登录后可以查看自己的学习记录和留言状态。如需更正或删除账户资料，可通过“建议与留言”页面提交账户请求；管理员会先核实账户，再处理对应资料。ChineseAqua 当前全部学习内容免费，不收集银行卡或账单资料。After signing in, you can view your learning records and feedback status. To request correction or deletion of account data, submit an account request through the Feedback page; the administrator will verify the account before acting. All ChineseAqua learning content is currently free, and the site does not collect card or billing details.
